Absolutely awful. Ordered a 45 quart cooler on August 29.
Guaranteed to my door by September 20. No cooler on September 20. I called and they said they would forward me shipping information. Next email I get states they are at 4 to 6 weeks out.
I asked they ship my cooler within three business days (September 25) because they had guaranteed it by the 20th. They refused and said they would refund my money. I still have yet to get my money or a response from them explaining why on the website it says if you order today September 24, you’ll receive it no later than October 15 guaranteed. Either Leslie‘s math is off or they are running a very poor business indeed.
