Made an appointment, called them early in the morning, and was assured that the tech will come in between 8-12.No show at 11, no show at 12.

Called again, they said the tech will get in touch with me. Nothing happened, called them again, was told to wait. They know nothing about the tech, they don't even know where the tech is and what he is doing. Have to complain.

This time, a new lady went to check it out, and finally found that the tech "had a doctor's appointment in the morning". Before I can say anything, I was transferred to a manager, who was so precisely at that very moment "not available" and asked me to dial another phone number or leave a message.

Conclusion: The whole team is completely a mess!STAY AWAY!
