They finally sent parts after contacting them several times and waited almost a month to receive them

I ordered a 389.00 sand filter they said would arive in 4 days turned into 2 weeks then once i received the filter system the 2 laterals was broken they sent the product with no packing material so it is being banged around and i called customer service and thought they would just simply send the 2 laterals out they said i would need to send photos of the broke product by email and that was 5 days ago still havent heard from them so i needed this pump to be up and running before my water looks like the pond so i glued the laterals in so i can get it working now i see pin holes in the hose i sent pics of the hoses still nothing from customer support i went a leslie pool store to purchase the 6 ft hose 22.00 dollars, i have decided to take buissiness elese were and another place with the hose i needed was 8 dollars and so i bought a ladder from them i will make my next pool purchase from Bonnie and Clyde after looking up the return policy from leslie suxs pool co. I was shocked a big *** Y#U GOES OUT TO LESLIE POOL CO.
